Over the period Meerut became crucial media hub in the Uttar Pradesh state where journalists from all parts of the state arrived for professional engagement. It is worth noting that Meerut has been getting thorough media attention on local and national levels due to the presence of many media centers here. Some of the radio stations collaborating with Delhi include Radio City 91.1 MHz, Red FM 93.5 MHz, Big FM 92.7 MHz, Hit 95 (95 MHz), Radio One 94.3 MHz, AIR FM Rainbow 102.6 MHz, Radio Mirchi 98.3 MHz, AIR FM Gold 106.4 MHz and Meow FM 104.8 MHz et al. City’s only exclusive radio station is Radio IIMT (90.4 MHz). 'Pulse of Markets' is a fortnightly English tabloid published from Meerut meant to promote local businesses. Moneymakers is another Englishnewspaper from here.
