Many people have claimed that they have seen the spirit of a seated woman on the roof of the house and others have further added by telling that they have seen woman in red clothes around the table going inside and outside the house. It has also been claimed that 4 men sitting around the table inside home with a single lighted candle in its centre having alcohol. It is believed to be the most common view for the people going through the area but some people have also told that they have even seen men sitting on its rooftop. These scenes are seen repeatedly in the house. The place has remained closed for many years. There are also apparitions therefore people do not tell about it which are clearer than that. Generally people avoid the route falling in front of this place and nobody passes today from here.

New Delhi is the nearest airport that is situated at 80 kms distance.
